Position Overview:

• Flexible role: Part-Time or Full-Time.
• Schedule: 2–4 days per week , 8-hour shifts.
• No weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure patient comfort and provide an exceptional chairside experience.
• Properly sterilize and prepare dental instruments.
• Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical histories.
• Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontitis.
• Perform cleanings, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.
• Educate patients of all ages on oral hygiene and home care.
• Provide post-treatment instructions.
• Take digital X-rays and/or impressions.
• Collaborate with the dentist on diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene supplies and equipment.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist.
• Strong understanding of safety and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining dental equipment.
• Outstanding communication and patient-care skills.
• Friendly, patient, team-oriented personality.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team-player mindset and positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado State Dental Hygiene License.
• Local anesthesia training (preferred).
• Laser certification (preferred).
