Location: Naval Hospital Jacksonville (Mayport and Kings Bay) Labor Category: Registered Nurse Case Manager Current POP starts 9/29/25. Current POP ends 9/29/26. TO POP ends 11/30/27. This assignment is a year-long commitment. Shorter contracts will not be considered. ** MUST HAVE FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS ** Resume or CV (No gaps) Copy of Education or transcripts with Prime Source Verification (PSV) from National Student Clearing House or agency attestation. Copy of nursing license and Prime Source Verification (PSV). BLS NPDB data sheet - MUST BE SIGNED BY CANDIDATE (attached with the PWS) ** PLEASE MAKE NOTE THIS IS AN SCA POSITION. Suppliers must comply with the SCA rules and regulations according to 2015-4539 r23 Please review the Wage Determination at SAM.gov. ** Legal Authorization to Work in the United States: HCWs performing under this contract must be a U.S. Citizen. Degree/Education: Possess a Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing, a Graduate Diploma in Nursing, or an Associate Degree in Nursing, from an accredited agency such as the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Experience: Possess one (1) year of clinical work experience as a full-time RN Case Manager within the preceding three (3) years working in a medical facility. Licensure: Possess and maintain a current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse in one (1) of the 50 States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands.
