Senior AML/KYC Compliance Specialist — Hybrid

Sr. Compliance Associate Our client, a highly successful global private investment firm, is seeking a Senior Associate to support its Anti‑Financial Crime (AML, sanctions, KYC) program within the Compliance team. This role partners closely with Legal, Investor Relations, and deal teams to manage due diligence, risk assessment, and ongoing monitoring. Responsibilities Support AFC/KYC program implementation and enhancements Conduct due diligence on investors, counterparties, and portfolio companies Review ownership structures and identify beneficial owners Perform sanctions and adverse media screening Advise internal teams on KYC requirements and risk considerations Assist with ongoing monitoring, investigations, and regulatory updates Qualifications 2–4 years of AML/KYC or financial crime compliance experience Knowledge of AML regulations (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act) and sanctions frameworks (OFAC, etc.) Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor’s degree required; CAMS a plus Compensation Base salary: $90,000 – $110,000 + bonus This position also offers a 3/2 hybrid in‑office work schedule.
