The Opportunity You will be speaking directly with clients, calling fresh leads, sourcing vehicles, negotiating deals, and closing business. What You'll Be Doing Proactive outreach, speaking with clients looking to sell their vehicles Dialing out the phone and sending messages. Getting to qualified leads quickly, and following up diligently Building trust and rapport quickly Setting appointments and getting sellers to show up Evaluating vehicles in person and negotiating the purchase price Working closely with the team to close deals efficiently What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Confident, personable, relationship-driven, and present well Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry to succeed Comfortable in a commission-based environment Automotive industry experience preferred, but not essential Represent the Phillips Auto brand with integrity, enthusiasm, and professionalism at every touchpoint, ensuring a customer first experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
