Facilities Technician

Aerotek Facilities TechnicianWe are seeking a dedicated Facilities Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks across our facilities, ensuring the smooth operation of various systems and equipment.Responsibilities:Replace lightbulbs and perform minor lighting maintenance tasks.Unclog toilets and address plumbing issues.Replace and maintain ceiling tiles.Perform minor HVAC maintenance and repairs.Conduct minor electrical maintenance.Handle general maintenance duties.Essential Skills:Electrical troubleshootingMaintenance technician experienceRepair and preventive maintenance skillsHVAC, plumbing, and carpentry knowledgeMechanical and painting skillsExperience with drywall, apartment maintenance, and building maintenanceAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Experience with facility maintenance, lighting, and cleaningKnowledge in welding, housekeeping, and hand tool usageExperience with boiler systems and blueprint readingAny trades experience, including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical, is beneficialComfortable working on ladders frequentlyWhy Work Here?We provide a company vehicle and a gas card for your convenience. Fluctuating weekend work may be required. A company vehicle and gas card are provided, along with all necessary tools.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of Lexington, SC.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $54080.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. 401K, company car, company gas card.
