Senior Financial Reporting Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with operations, influencing business decisions, and helping drive profitability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong FP&A experience, advanced modeling skills, and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, or plant operations is highly preferred. Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions Partner with plant leadership and operations teams to analyze production costs, inventory, labor, and profitability Perform monthly variance analysis and identify key business drivers Analyze inventory trends, material costs, overhead absorption, and manufacturing performance metrics Create executive-level reporting packages and present findings to senior leadership Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and financial analysis Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and operational efficiencies Assist with capital expenditure analysis and ROI evaluations Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate financial reporting and data integrity Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 4+ years of progressive financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance experience Manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Advanced Excel skills required Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar platforms Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools preferred Ability to communicate financial concepts effectively to non-finance stakeholders Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills Performance-based bonus opportunity 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Why This Opportunity?
