Business Office Manager Responsible for 2 locations (New Philadelphia & Wooster) Qualifications 1-2 years’ experience in a related field Proficient computer knowledge and skills Strong bookkeeping background Essential Job Functions Organize, direct and supervise business office functions and personnel. Responsible for Private Pay, Medicaid, Medicare and Hospice billing. Account collection and reconciliation. Posting banking transactions. Responsible for maintaining accurate resident census. Manage resident funds and post cash receipts to resident accounts. Benefits Health insurance with company paid life insurance. Dental, Vision and Voluntary benefits. 401k with company match.
