What You’ll Bring:

• Previous experience as a school paraprofessional, classroom aide, or similar support role
• Strong communication skills with a compassionate and patient approach to working with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
• Ability to follow teacher instructions and educational plans with attention to detail
• Capability to foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education or special education is a plus
• Must be reliable, punctual, and adaptable to a dynamic school environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to provide instructional support and assist with classroom management
• Work individually or in small groups with students to reinforce learning concepts and encourage participation
• Help monitor student behavior and ensure classroom safety and order
• Assist students with special needs and support individualized education plans (IEPs) as directed
• Prepare materials and set up classroom activities as needed
