Employment Details: Recognized Civil Infrastructure Consulting firm in the US & Canada 100% employee-owned Full Benefits: Health, Vision, Dental, and 401K match Sign-on bonus opportunity Paid OT and Annual Performance Bonus Responsibilities: Oversees project site budget tracking, construction quality, and safety standards Develops monthly contract updates, conducts budget assessments, and manages amendment negotiations Collaborates closely with contractors, clients, field staff, and designers to ensure project alignment Conducts work reviews, identifies and rejects substandard work, and coordinates inspections and testing Maintains detailed and consistent daily reporting Drafts meeting agendas and contributes to the development of proposal materials Qualifications: 10+ years of experience, including a lead role in $30 million or greater wastewater treatment facility project Completed OSHA 10-hour safety training along with other construction safety courses Comprehensive knowledge of construction management processes and strong financial acumen in project oversight Skilled communicator, adept at working with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver quality results within budget and schedule Highly driven, quick learner with exceptional organization skills Proficient with construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Strong understanding of construction practices, standards, specifications, and design plans Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Associate of Science or Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Construction-related program (+) OSHA 30-hour safety course (+) Certified Construction Manager or ability to obtain certification (+) #J-18808-Ljbffr
