Job Description
We are seeking a Jr. Bookkeeper/Admin/Customer Service professional for a balanced role spanning bookkeeping, administrative support, and customer service. Reporting to the Office Manager, this position will post AP, AR, journal entry, and payroll transactions in Sage 100; prepare spreadsheets and documents; and support customer and sales-process coordination through FieldPulse. Responsibilities
Post Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, journal entry, and payroll transactions.
Prepare spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare business documents using Microsoft Word.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide phone support.
Deliver customer service throughout the sales process.
Manage customer and sales information in FieldPulse CRM.
Coordinate sales-process activities and maintain accurate data-entry records.

Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of bookkeeping and administrative support experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Knowledge of bookkeeping practices.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Experience with CRM software, including FieldPulse.
Accurate data-entry skills.
Strong communication skills.
