Utilization Review Coordinator (UM)

Utilization Review Coordinator Job Location: Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital - New Lenox, IL 60451 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $56,000 - $62,000 per year Responsibilities Oversee the Utilization Review Program Implement case management scenarios Consult with all services to ensure the provision of an effective treatment plan for all patients Oversee the response to requests for services Interface with managed care organizations, external reviews, and other payors Qualifications Degree in social work, mental health/behavioral sciences, or related field (4‑year degree) – required Illinois license preferred (e.g., LSW, LPS, LCSW, LCPC) or applicable equivalent Minimum 3 years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health treatment setting Preferred: 1 year managing a related function and experience in patient assessment, family motivation, treatment planning, and communication with external review organizations Benefits 401(k) with company matching Health insurance Life insurance coverage, 100% company‑paid up to 2× salary Vision insurance Dental insurance Short‑term and long‑term disability insurance Paid time off and paid holidays Cafeteria on site with discounted meals Employee engagement and recognition events Employee assistance program Free parking Disclaimer: Select benefits are available to full‑time positions only.
