You will benefit from access to the latest modalities and equipment to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop effective individualized treatment plans.Utilize hands-on therapy techniques, exercise regimens, and modern equipment to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.Document patient progress meticulously and adjust treatment plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient feedback.Provide education and training for patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and the use of assistive devices.Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure well-rounded patient care.Participate in continuing education activities to maintain professional knowledge and certification.Encourage and motivate patients to be active participants in their rehabilitation journey.Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, neurological conditions, sports injuries, and chronic pain. As a Full-Time Physical Therapist, you will work closely with both adult and pediatric clients, tailoring your approach to meet their specific needs. You will advocate for their recovery process and empower them to achieve their rehabilitative goals within a supportive framework.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).A valid Physical Therapy license in New Jersey.Exceptional communication skills to foster effective patient interactions and teamwork.Strong organizational and documentation skills.Ability to adapt treatment strategies to suit patient needs dynamically.Proficiency in utilizing therapeutic modalities and technology in practice.Preferred ExperienceA minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred.Experience in outpatient settings is highly beneficial.Familiarity with current best practices in rehabilitation and therapy modalities.Compensation and BenefitsThe compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
