You will have the flexibility to create a personalized schedule between Monday and Friday, allowing you to balance work and life with ease.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and symptoms accurately.Diagnose movement dysfunctions and develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs and goals.Teach patients therapeutic exercise techniques and ensure they have the knowledge to perform these exercises correctly and safely.Provide manual therapy techniques, including stimulation and massage, to facilitate healing.Assist patients with mobility and equipment usage, such as wheelchairs and walkers, to enhance their independence.Keep detailed records of patient progress, treatments administered, and overall goals established during therapy sessions.Advise patients and their families on effective home treatment options and exercises that can be integrated into their daily routines.Patient Population / Client FocusThe role requires effective engagement with a diverse range of patients, including children and adults, who present with various medical conditions and physical impairments. Our patient-focused approach emphasizes personalized care, ensuring that each treatment plan aligns with the unique goals and lifestyles of the individuals we serve. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving their physical function and overall quality of life.QualificationsA Doctor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.Possession of a valid state license to practice Physical Therapy is mandatory.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with patients and their families.Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills, essential for maintaining patient records and documentation.Ability to be flexible and agile in your approach to treatment and patient interaction.Preferred ExperienceWhile and we welcome professionals with various levels of experience, a minimum of 2 years of relevant practice is preferred.
