Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations, gathering pertinent patient history and performing various assessments to establish sound treatment recommendations and document results effectively.
• Communicate evaluation findings and create personalized treatment plans collaboratively with patients and their families to assure alignment in setting goals for recovery.
• Utilize contemporary treatment protocols, adapted to the individual patient's presentation and current healthcare trends, to deliver effective therapy.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, adapting treatment plans as necessary to respond to changes in a patient's condition or to facilitate further medical consultations.
• Manage comprehensive discharge planning, ensuring follow-up care is established and accurately documented throughout the patient's course of care with timely billing for services rendered.
• Demonstrate strong time management to meet productivity goals, while maintaining a flexible schedule for patient appointments and engagements.
• Contribute actively to departmental objectives, ensuring compliance with all relevant governmental regulations and accreditation standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Lexington, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals recovering from surgery, those managing chronic pain, athletes, and patients rehabilitating from injuries. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid state license to practice Physical Therapy.

• Adeptness in using word processing and other computer-based systems necessary for patient documentation and reporting.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to patient care and departmental needs.

Compensation and Benefits
