Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including reviewing medical histories and assessing functional limitations to determine appropriate treatment protocols.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate patient and family goals, ensuring effective communication throughout the rehabilitation process.
• Implement evidence-based treatment techniques and regularly modify care plans in response to patient progress and changing needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment protocols, progress reports, and discharge summaries in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and participate in case discussions when required.
• Ensure effective time management to meet productivity standards while maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate patient needs.
• Participate in community outreach and educational programs, promoting Antrum Physical Therapy services and enhancing community relations.
• Engage in continuous professional development by pursuing ongoing education and attending relevant workshops and seminars.
• Actively participate in initiatives aimed at removing barriers to healthcare access and improving treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population ranging from post-operative recovery patients and individuals with chronic pain to athletes seeking rehabilitation services. Your approach will focus on customizing strategies that facilitate physical recovery while promoting holistic health, ensuring that each patient receives compassionate, individualized attention.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid DPT license in the state of New Jersey.
• Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and families.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for helping others.

Preferred Experience

While prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred, it is not mandatory. We welcome new graduates who demonstrate a keen interest in physical therapy and a willingness to learn. Compensation and Benefits
