Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals.
• Provide expert orthopedic care, including manual therapy and exercise prescription, to facilitate the recovery process.
• Manage a diverse caseload, offering focused attention to each patient to ensure optimal rehabilitation outcomes.
• Implement cost-effective treatment strategies that promote healing while minimizing the need for surgical or pharmaceutical interventions.
• Design and oversee individualized fitness and wellness programs that cultivate strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance treatment efficacy; stay informed of the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques.
• Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for our patients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using EMR systems like Web PT, ensuring all documentation aligns with regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular evaluations to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse range of patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, chronic pain conditions, and other musculoskeletal issues. Our patients value the personalized approach to care, and your expertise will be vital in helping them navigate their rehabilitation journey effectively.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with a spotless professional record.
• Extensive experience in orthopedic rehabilitation and a solid understanding of manual therapy techniques.
• Proficient in designing and implementing exercise regimens that are effective for diverse patient demographics.
• Familiarity with EMR documentation software, particularly Web PT, to facilitate streamlined patient care.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience with sports medicine and advanced techniques in manual therapy will be highly regarded. Candidates with a history of continuing education in physical therapy methodologies and rehabilitation will be given preference, as we value a commitment to lifelong learning.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
