Key Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized rehabilitation care tailored to each patient's specific goals, preferences, and needs.
• Effectively manage a diverse caseload of patients, ensuring each individual receives the attention required for optimal recovery.
• Leverage expertise in orthopedic therapy to implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving mobility, strength, and functional performance.
• Develop and execute comprehensive care plans that address the physical therapy needs of each patient, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Additional qualifications such as a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) are preferred.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey, with a clean record free of sanctions and disciplinary actions.
• Experience and proficiency in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, demonstrating a strong background in rehabilitation techniques.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and the ability to design and implement tailored exercise regimens for patients.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT, to maintain accurate and streamlined documentation.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, keeping abreast of the latest trends and research in physical therapy.

Preferred Experience

Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in outpatient rehabilitation settings, particularly with orthopedic patients. Advanced training in manual therapy techniques and a foundational knowledge in exercise science will be advantageous. Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
