Contract Administrator (FAOKC82626) Houston, Texas Salary: USD28 - USD29 per hour Job Title: Contract Administrator Location: on-site in North Houston, TX Employment Type: Contract to Hire, with possible permanent conversion Pay: $28.00 - 29.00/hour, depending on experience Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to join a service client in the North Houston area. This position plays a critical role in supporting contract execution, purchasing, billing, project cost tracking, and month-end reporting. This position is on-site, with a Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Key Responsibilities: Manage contracts from execution through billing and completion Review contracts to ensure financial and operational accuracy Create and process purchase orders and credit memos Track project expenses and costs Assist with month-end close activities and account reconciliations Analyze financial results and provide reporting to branch leadership Pull and analyze reports from ERP systems Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Collections teams Manage multiple contracts simultaneously while meeting deadlines Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of contract administration-related experience Previous experience in construction, project-based, rental, manufacturing, or related industries is a plus Previous experience pulling reports from an ERP system Proficient in NetSuite Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and Excel Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment *** Employment is contingent upon completing the company's initial hiring process and meeting all health and safety compliance requirements *** #J-18808-Ljbffr
