Our client is a comprehensive financial planning firm committed to helping clients improve their long-term financial success. They are seeking a Financial Planner to join their team. This position will support a Lead Financial Advisor, with a growth path to directly leading client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Financial Plans Through eMoney
- Process new account paperwork
- Resolve routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner, utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy and communication
- Leading weekly team meetings
- Heavy client interaction
- Working with firms trader for performing trade, rebalancing, and distribution requests
- Track and manage all aspects of asset movement
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and interact with, the multiple investment management platforms
- Maintain strong working relationship with financial planning team
- Keep the practice up to date on all compliance activities
- Manage onboarding process with new clients including communication
- Coordinate activities with firms service team regarding specific tasks
- Manage teams client database systems/CRM (Redtail)
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree
- Series 7 & 66 & 6 & 63 Licenses
- 3+ years of experience in financial services support or operations role.
- CFP designation
- Familiarity with LPL's platform, Albridge Solutions, eMoney, DocuSign, Excel Spreadsheets are a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ideal candidate is extremely well organized and detail oriented.
- Must be client-oriented and eager to provide great customer service.
- This person must be a team player, and able to work well with the firm's general service team.

Salary: Base salary (commensurate with experience), $90k-$125k+
