About the Role:

Hill Valley Healthcare is seeking a Regional Director of Dietary Services to lead our dietary department with expertise, creativity, and compassion. You'll be responsible for managing all aspects of food service operations in a healthcare setting - from menu planning and regulatory compliance to team leadership and budget control.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and supervise dietary staff to ensure efficient daily operations
• Develop nutritious, appealing menus that meet individual dietary needs
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local food safety regulations
• Manage food purchasing, inventory, and cost controls
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff to meet patient dietary requirements
• Foster a culture of service, safety, and excellence

What We're Looking For:

• Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Service Management, or related field
• CDM, CFPP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., CMS, DOH, HACCP)
