Key Responsibilities Lead large-scale business process discovery, analysis, and design engagements across multiple client portfolios Define and drive strategic customer outcomes aligned to platform capabilities and industry best practices Oversee the work of Business Process Architects and Business Analysts, providing direction, mentorship, and quality assurance Required Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, and SAM Mastery of business process architecture principles and service design for ServiceNow Exceptional leadership and team development skills across distributed, global teams Deep understanding of value realization and outcome mapping Experience aligning business and IT goals in complex enterprise environments
