Senior Manager - Financial Reporting

Overview Our client is looking for a Senior Financial Reporting Manager. Ideal candidate has public accounting and industry experience with multinational publicly traded company and strong management experience. Responsibilities Responsibilities include but not limited to: Manage the preparation of SEC filings including Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K. Perform technical reviews of various footnotes and MD&A items. Assist with review of XBRL tagging of financial statements and footnotes. Interact with accounting personnel at all divisions, including senior Management. Manage a team. Complete other various projects and special analysis as assigned. Education and Experience Bachelors degreee in Accounting is required. CPA required. Minimum 10+ years relevant work experience. 5+ years of management experience. Strong working knowledge of SEC Reporting. Public accounting and industry experience with publicly traded company required Strong PC skills and proficiency in Excel. Work environment: hybrid (3 days in office) #J-18808-Ljbffr Addison Group
