Role Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple hotel renovation projects throughout the U.S. from preconstruction through closeout.

Manage 2-3 hospitality renovation projects simultaneously
Oversee budgets, schedules, procurement, and subcontractors
Serve as primary client contact
Coordinate with Superintendents and ownership teams
Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget

Qualifications

5+ years of Project Management experience
Hospitality renovation experience
Experience with occupied hotel renovations
Procore and Bluebeam
Strong budgeting and scheduling skills
Ability to travel as needed

Requirements

FF&E experience
Multi-property renovation programs
Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Omni experience

Ideal Candidate

A PM who understands hospitality renovations, can manage multiple projects, and thrives in a fast-paced travel environment.
