To thrive/succeed as the Store Manager, you should have: 3+ years of experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role. Experience in bridal, luxury retail or premium fashion is highly preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams. Proficiency in Excel and digital business tools. English required; Spanish s a plus. Your responsibilities as the Store Manager will include: Lead and oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient performance. Drive sales growth by achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to maintain a high-performing workforce. Manage inventory, stock control, supplier coordination, and product delivery processes.
