TravelNurseSource is working with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified PCU / Stepdown RN in Laurel Highlands Region, Pennsylvania!

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 4x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:30)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Progressive Care/Stepdown unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage patients requiring intermediate-level care, including cardiac and hemodynamic monitoring
• Float within the hospital and to sister facilities within a 10-mile radius as needed
• Maintain compliance with all unit-specific protocols and documentation standards using Cerner EMR
• Participate in every-other-holiday scheduling as required
• Complete all pre-start modules and orientation requirements prior to entering the facility

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• ACLS certification required (AHA only)
• BLS certification required (AHA only)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility based on driver's license address — local candidates are not eligible for this position

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• Two supervisor references preferred at time of submission
• Prior travel nursing experience in a PCU or Stepdown setting
