No, home address must be at least 75 miles from facility Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: 1 request per contract Guaranteed Hours: 40 Special Requirements: located at 5201 Mid America Plaza suite 1300 We are looking for a nurse that can circulate and scrub Eyes (cataract, cornea, eye muscle, oculoplastic) Ortho (total shoulder, rotator cuff, acl, complex knee scopes, ORIF hands, nerve cases in arms, legs) GYN (hysteroscopies, D &C), General (diagnostic laparoscopies), Colorectal (EUA, hemorrhoids) Plastics (breast revisions) ENT (endoscopic sinus surgeries, tonsils/adenoids) Cardiac (ICD/pacemaker changes, loop recorders) GI lab scrubbing and circulating colonoscopies/upper endoscopies is an added bonus. Day shift 0700-330, 0800-1630, or 0900-1730 8-hour shifts, no call and no weekends or holidays. CNOR a plus but not required. BLS certification required Skills: Epic documentation, Circulate and Scrub, GI lab Hospital Highlights Type of Facility: Short Term Acute Care Magnet / Teaching / Level Trauma (if applicable): Teaching, Trauma Level I Total Staffed Beds: 1273 Scrub Color: Provided Charting: Epic Parking Cost: There is a daily charge of $15.00. Barnes-Jewish Hospital does not validate or reimburse for the charge. If you are working straight night shift, there is no charge for parking, and you may park in the employee parking (you will receive parking information during orientation). If you are working dayshift or day/night rotate you will need to purchase a parking pass for which there is a $70.00 per month fee.
