Job Overview Job OverviewA law firm seeks an associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join its Private Client Practice Group in Miami, Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estate planning and tax strategies, with a focus on client service and collaboration. Duties Draft standard and sophisticated estate planning documents. Support structuring and implementing wealth-transfer strategies. Engage in domestic estate, gift, and income tax planning. Collaborate on international income, gift, and estate tax planning. Maintain productive relationships with clients and co-advisors. Requirements 2 to 3 years of relevant experience. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent writing, speaking, and research abilities. Admitted to the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the next examination. Education LLM in Taxation is a plus but not required. Certifications Florida Bar admission or eligibility. Skills Ability to excel in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
