Job Title Registered Nurse – Overnight (Full‑Time) – GSS ND Larimore Center Job Details Location: 501 E Front St, Larimore, ND 58251, USA Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am (12‑hour overnight shift) Schedule: Full time, 36‑hour week with rotating 36/48‑hour weeks, includes alternate weekends and holidays Salary: $32.50 – $48.00 per hour (starting at $32.50) plus $25,000 sign‑on bonus ($12,500 after 60 days) Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and additional shift differentials Responsibilities Provide professional nursing care to residents across all ages under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Perform assessments, administer medications or treatments as ordered, and document resident interactions and outcomes. Recognize resident problems, recommend solutions, and respond effectively in emergent situations. Administer testing to evaluate resident status and provide necessary care. Support healthcare professionals and maintain effective interdisciplinary communication. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and counsel residents, families, and advocates on prevention and treatment plans. Participate in the development and implementation of resident self‑care programs. Perform additional related duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold a licensed practical nurse (LPN) license in North Dakota. Associate degree in practical nursing preferred. At least 400 hours of supervised LPN experience or prior LPN employment at another facility. Complete any required departmental competencies, certifications, and regular continuing education units (CEU). If IV therapy/management is required: graduation from a Board‑approved AASPN program with IV curriculum or completion of an IV therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing. Maintain an unencumbered LPN license with the State Nursing Board and/or possess multi‑state licensure privileges. Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.
