Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist

Position Overview:

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a skilled Bilingual Spanish HR Generalist to join their client's team in California. This temporary or temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for a proactive and knowledgeable HR professional who is fluent in Spanish and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle HR functions including employee relations, onboarding, offboarding, and HR compliance.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support recruiting efforts including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state (California), and local labor laws.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior HR Generalist or related HR experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and California employment laws.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Required Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Additional Details:

This position offers a pay rate of $30 per hour and is located in Pasadena, CA. The role provides an opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to a positive work culture.
