Caregivers

We are hiring for Senior Home Care Aides / CAREGivers for multiple shifts, 35 + hours a week! No prior caregiving experience is required.

Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their homes, including personal care and companionship. Our CAREGivers help clients and their families meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

Shifts:
We are hiring for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Job Location:
Lynn, MA. Applicant must also be willing to travel throughout the North Shore area of Massachusetts.


Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Medication reminders
• Assist clients with personal care and hygiene
• Plan and prepare meals (when needed)
• Assist clients with mobility
• Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
• Perform light housekeeping duties
• Companionship

Caregiver Requirements:

• Passion to serve others - a true caregiver
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Respectful and compassionate
• Exceptional patience and listening skills
• Strong work ethic
• Physical endurance
• Valid Driver's license & an insurance policy under your name
