Accounts Payable Manager

Title: Accounts Payable Manager
Location: Remote (United States)
Duration: 6 months
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S.

Skillset / Experience:
We are seeking an experienced AP Management Professional to assist with an OCR implementation to lead and oversee an AP OCR implementation. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong technical expertise, particularly in Workday and/or XT Global OCR software, and experience implementing OCR tools across the US and Latin America. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the OCR implementation function
Drive process improvements and optimize workflows across AP
Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance, Procurement, and Operations
Assist with system enhancements and automation initiatives

Qualifications:

Director-level or Senior Manager experience in Accounts Payable
Strong, hands-on AP experience (not purely strategic)
Required: Experience with Workday and/or XT Global OCR
Required: LATAM (Latin America) AP experience
Spanish language skills highly preferred (considered close to mandatory)
