In this role you will: Be a team player that is dedicated to patient care and building a successful Interventional Radiology (IR) program with special attention to radiation safety. Assist in maintaining IR inventory and par levels. Assist the Lead IR Technologists in clinical initiatives, proper quality control, and training. Perform all advanced clinical IR procedures and fluoroscopy. Assist in management of day-to-day workflow - including add-ons. Work in conjunction with Recovery Room, CT, and US for IR procedures. Transport patients from each area in the facility safely and with proper body mechanics. Coordinate with IR MD to ensure all scheduled patients are on schedule and workflow is efficient. Assist with clerical and non-technical duties necessary to department operations such as maintaining and cleaning patient care equipment per infection control standards. Troubleshoot, resolve, and/or report equipment malfunctions in a timely manner. We require: AART registered and in good standing. Advanced registry preferred (CT, MRI, IR). Minimum 1 year Cath Lab/IR experience. Advanced computer skills including Google Platform, Microsoft Office, RIS, PACS and EMR. BLS certificate. Ability to clearly communicate, including, but not limited to, patients, co-workers, management, physicians, and visitors. Ability to operate Fluoroscopic equipment. Hours: Monday-Friday Salary up to $60 per hour commensurate with experience and education.
