About the Role

The Company is in search of a Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead demand generation across multiple locations, with a focus on achieving high-quality enrollments at the right cost. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar digital ad spend and will oversee a team of specialized partners in SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, CRO, and Web Development. The role demands a strategic thinker who can connect trends across channels, analyze performance in detail, and is dedicated to lead volume, quality, and cost of acquisition. The Head of Digital Marketing will also be tasked with setting and managing budgets, directing campaigns, and ensuring the team is aligned with a shared goal. Applicants for the Head of Digital Marketing position at the company should have 5-7+ years' of lead generation experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in multi-location, franchise, or multi-unit B2C. The role requires a proven track record in managing various digital marketing vendors and a high level of technical fluency in paid search, social, SEO, and analytics. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing technology, including building landing pages, and managing data flows, as well as expertise in CRM integrity and marketing data quality. A working understanding of how AI is impacting digital marketing and the ability to direct vendors in its adoption is also essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly with executive leadership, are a must.
