Emergency Communications Floor Lead

Chatham County Emergency Communications Center seeks an assistant to the Shift Supervisor to lead the floor, coordinate dispatch operations, and ensure adherence to policies and protocols. You may act as Shift Supervisor when needed and support training and performance feedback. The role requires a high school diploma or GED with solid emergency communications experience, knowledge of CAD and radio systems, and the ability to make rapid decisions under pressure while maintaining a professional #J-18808-Ljbffr
