Extrusion Operator I

Starting Pay: $20.00/hr

• Approximately 1 year of extrusion experience
• Strong machine operator experience
• Manufacturing troubleshooting skills

Responsibilities include:

• Operating extrusion equipment
• Monitoring production quality
• Performing machine adjustments
• Supporting setups and changeovers
• Troubleshooting production issues

Extrusion Operator II

Starting Pay: $23.00/hr

Ideal for candidates with:

• 2-3+ years of extrusion experience
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities
• Process adjustment experience
• Setup and changeover experience

Responsibilities include:

• Operating and optimizing extrusion equipment
• Troubleshooting production issues
• Performing machine setups

Lead Operator

Starting Pay: $26.00/hr+

Available Schedules

This is a Permanent position based out of Richmond, IN.

The pay range for this position is $40560.00 - $42640.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
