The Creative Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's creative output, including graphic design, branding, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering innovative and impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage a team of designers and creative professionals to develop and execute creative concepts and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives - Oversee the development of visual branding, marketing materials, and other creative assets for the company - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and cohesiveness in all creative projects - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's creative output - Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels and materials - Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work - Provide guidance and feedback to team members to support their professional growth and development - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative campaigns and strategies to promote the company's services and brand - Monitor and analyze the performance of creative projects and make recommendations for improvement as needed - Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of creative services - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute the company's overall creative vision and strategy Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a construction or industrial services industry - Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of creative projects and campaigns - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite - Experience managing a team and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams - Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines - Knowledge of current design and marketing trends - Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency - Experience with video production and animation is a plus We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
