Our menu, continuously developed by our Culinary Director, features globally inspired flavors and fresh, high quality ingredients. Our passion for the culinary arts and hospitality is evident in our menu, but also in our teams. Both our culinary and front of house staff members are made of people who work to make memorable experiences for our guests, from handcrafted dishes to flawless table service, focused on excellence in every detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications of the company
- Work the under fire grill to cook chicken ribs and burgers and the Montague broiler to cook various cuts of steak.
- Assist in ensuring the use of fresh, top-quality ingredients while balancing costs daily
Key Requirements
- Previous culinary experience in a full-service restaurant or bar with strong culinary production skills
- Desire to develop and motivate the people around you to always be their best
- Committed to continuous improvement
- Energetic and positive
- Committed to being inclusive and embracing diversity
- Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset
