If you love creating memorable culinary experiences and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, we are looking for a Full-Time Lead Banquet Cook to join our talented culinary team! The Lead Banquet Cook will help execute exceptional events for our members and their guests by fluently reading and executing BEOs, leading banquet food preparation and service, and maintaining high standards for quality and presentation. We are looking for an experienced culinary professional who takes pride in their craft, works well under pressure, and can help lead the team in delivering a top-notch culinary experience!

Qualifications
- Must have current AZ Food Handler's Card
- Minimum 3 years of banquet kitchen experience at a luxury resort or private country club is required
- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory culinary role is strongly preferred
- Must be proficient in reading and executing BEOs and coordinating food preparation for events of varying sizes
Schedule
- Open availability preferred
- Weekend (Saturday, Sunday) availability is a must
