Location: Los Angeles preferred; open to Miami, Chicago, Nashville, Houston, and other major markets About the Opportunity We're partnering with a growing creator and talent management company looking to add established Talent Managers with an existing roster of creators they can bring with them. This is not a role for someone looking to build a roster from scratch. The ideal candidate has already developed a meaningful book of business and is looking to plug into a larger platform with the infrastructure, resources, and support to help scale their clients and earning potential - while maintaining significant autonomy over their business. What We're Looking For Existing, portable roster of creators/talent Ideally $1M+ in annual gross bookings Proven experience managing and developing digital creators, influencers, or personalities Track record of growing client revenue through brand partnerships and other opportunities Strong relationships across the creator ecosystem Entrepreneurial, business-minded approach to talent management The company is open across creator verticals, including lifestyle, beauty, fashion, family, sports, reality, comedy, music, and entertainment.
