The Irrigation Installation Crew Leader must be thoroughly familiar with and able to perform many aspects of commercial and residential irrigation installation to include: Production and Staffing. The Irrigation Installation Crew Leader directly oversees up to four installation crew members while interfacing with management, admin, clients, subcontractors and suppliers. The Irrigation Installation Crew Leader must be capable of designing and installing smart irrigation systems that lead the industry with quality and efficiency. The Irrigation Installation Crew Leader also is responsible for managing the logistics associated with the crew’s workload (project management, equipment and tools, materials). The Irrigation Installation Crew Leader works with Conserva management and ownership to keep the installation crew fully staffed with a positive culture. BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION $42k - $65k per year (Salary + Productivity Bonuses + Benefits) Daily lunch allowance

• 500 bonus for completing Conserva internal training (LMS Program)

Year-round employment Weekly pay periods Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays A great work environment with a team atmosphere Opportunities for advancement Employee referral bonus program Locations throughout US in major cities and desirable areas 401(k) retirement savings plan with a company match Employee-owned company & discounted stock purchase options Group Health Plan Scholarship Program for Children of Employees Charitable matching gift program all listed benefits available to eligible employees KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Delight our customers Lead a crew of 2-3 team members daily Layout and install industry leading smart irrigation systems (residential / small commercial) Completes projects within budgeted hours and on schedule Ensures all workflows and processes are designed and executed correctly Interfaces with subcontractors as necessary Interfaces with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of installation materials Ensures that all equipment is operated in a safe and proper manner Ensures that all safety procedures are followed and reports any unsafe conditions to ownership Trains technicians to install irrigation systems with the highest quality and efficiency Thoroughly understands and complies with company policies, procedures, and SOPs Able to read and install irrigation plans Complete required documentation of time and materials used daily Lead by example and help team members to grow and develop their skills Build and uphold a culture of professionalism by adhering to the company core values Keep work vehicle and equipment clean, maintained and organized QUALIFICATIONS Ability to make and keep promises Minimum of two years of experience in commercial and/or residential irrigation service Strong understanding of the hydraulics calculations relating to irrigation systems Excellent working knowledge of equipment used in the industry Have a high school diploma or GED Passing score on Conserva competency assessment IA certification preferred but not necessary (must be willing to obtain certification) Able to effectively train installation technicians Possess valid driver’s license and must be insurable on company’s insurance policy Must be able to pass background check Proficient in or able to learn customer relationship management (CRM) scheduling software Proficient in both oral and written communications Language proficiency a plus (English / Spanish) Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel Comfortable with multiple technology platforms (laptop, tablet, phone) Must have mental and physical toughness required to work outside Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner Results-oriented; ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Great attitude, mature sense of humor with a desire for growth WORKING CONDITIONS Hours: 6:45 AM – 4:45 PM Days: M-F (Off Sundays) Occasional Saturdays due to excessive weather or production delays Smoke-free vehicles, client property, and offices Required to work outdoors in many primary job functions in seasonal weather conditions (inclement weather) Servicing Nashville and surrounding counties View phone number on click.appcast.io View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr Conserva Irrigation
