About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: MS/Tele Float Duration: 24 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1.5 years of experience in MS/Tele License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS required; not expiring within 30 days of start Must-Have: - Open book EKG test required at orientation - Experience with ratio 1:6 required - EPIC required - Must be agreeable to floating to other facilities - 12 weekend shifts per contract, covering every other weekend Description: Seeking a registered nurse for a night shift position in MS/Tele. This role requires a commitment to provide quality patient care in various settings. Candidates should possess experience caring for patients with diverse diagnoses, including infectious diseases, hospice/palliative care, oncology, cardiac acute care, and post-surgical needs. The unit supports patients with a mix of cardiac medical care, bariatric, urological, neurological, and orthopedic conditions. Flexibility to float to other facilities is essential. Travel experience is required. Candidates must have experience working with a patient ratio of 1:6. Candidates should be skilled in managing various medical procedures and technologies. The expected skill ratings for required skills should be between 3-4. Candidates should be prepared to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams. Availability for scheduled weekend shifts is crucial.
