Primo Brands Supply Chain And Technical & Production Position

The role is based in Dallas, TX, with a schedule of Monday Friday, 6AM-3PM, extended hours, occasional weekends based on business needs. The position requires 20-25% travel to support multi-unit operations across Dallas and Hawkins, TX.

Salary Range: $98,365.30 - $117,317.20, this position is eligible for a bonus.

Responsibilities include driving continuous improvement, managing KPI measurements, leading by example in safety, determining cost saving opportunities, ensuring a safe work environment, minimizing fleet costs, establishing effective communication, providing ongoing feedback, and following factory safety & environmental objectives.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics or related field preferred, ability to handle multiple projects, high school diploma or equivalent, 5+ years of transportation leadership experience, excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and teamwork skills, ability to work independently and in a group-based environment, customer focused attitude, demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and SAP, no disciplinary action in the last 6 months, and resource or manager recommendation.
