Mold Assembler (Crimper) – 3rd Shift | Full-Time | Weekly Pay

Now hiring Mold Assemblers for 3rd shift. If you’ve worked with tools, done assembly, production, or any hands‑on manufacturing work, this is a great opportunity to join a stable team and learn specialized crimping and molding processes with paid training.

• Assemble polymer insulator parts and components
• Use hydraulic and pneumatic crimping tools (training provided)
• Follow simple pressure guidelines for each crimp
• Inspect parts for correct fit, alignment, and quality
• Support molding, curing, and general production tasks
• Use basic measurement tools like calipers and gauges
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
• Report issues to your supervisor and help keep production moving

• Experience with hand tools or power tools
• Mechanical aptitude — comfortable working with equipment
• Production, assembly, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to follow instructions and meet quality standards
• Reliable, safety‑minded, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience with crimpers (manual, hydraulic, or pneumatic)
• Familiarity with torque tools or measurement tools
• Machine operation or material handling experience

• Stable 3rd shift schedule (approx. 11 p.m.–7 a.m.)
• Weekly pay and consistent full-time hours
• Overtime available based on production needs
• Hands‑on work with a supportive, team‑oriented environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
