This important role will protect Virginia Housing's security in properties in the multifamily portfolio through the effective financial and physical oversight of the properties and their operations. It promotes the availability of quality, affordable housing through the effective monitoring of the properties and their management. Educational opportunities to help your advancement are available through classroom and online programs.To be successful in this role you must possess:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.A few years of experience in portfolio and/or relationship managementStrong knowledge of financial analysis, multifamily real estate, and property management practicesAbility to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholdersMust be able to inspect the properties by navigating the buildings, stairways, and grounds.A valid driver's licenseUp to 75% of travel is required.The ideal candidate would also have experience in:Industry certifications such as CAM, CPM, or CHAM-AMSHiring Range: $82,000 - $111,000A background and motor vehicle check will be performed as a condition of employment.A Conflict-of-Interest Act Disclosure form and Secondary Employment Disclosure form will need to be completed as a condition of employment.Virginia Housing requires associates to live and work within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
