Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in pain management or personal injury settings and thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. You will play an essential role in evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and supporting their recovery journey from injury through restoration. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, focusing on musculoskeletal and pain-related conditions. Perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and assist in creating individualized care plans. Administer or assist with therapeutic injections, trigger point injections, and other interventional procedures (depending on scope of practice and training). Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated patient care. Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate, timely medical records. Educate patients about their diagnosis, treatment options, and rehabilitation goals. Participate in case reviews and provide medical insight for personal injury claims when appropriate. Qualifications Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in Arizona. Preferred experience: 1–3+ years in pain management, orthopedics, PM&R, or personal injury medicine. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with both patients and multidisciplinary teams. Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and organizational skills.
