Board Certified Behavior Analyst Location: Atlanta, GA Company: STEPS Behavioral Health Job Overview We are seeking a board‑certified behavior analyst to join our team. The role is part‑time or full‑time with an in‑person/hybrid model requiring 25% in‑person work in MD and additional travel. The position is designed around client needs and offers flexibility. Compensation & Benefits Hourly: $95–$110 Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year Paid for both client time and admin time Health, dental & vision insurance IRA with contributions CEU opportunities Paid time off (PTO) $1,500 sign‑on bonus: $500 after 3 months, $1,000 after 6 months Ongoing training and genuine support Responsibilities Create customized, effective treatment plans Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support progress Supervise therapists and provide guidance Observe client progress and celebrate successes Qualifications Master’s degree in ABA, special education, psychology, or a related field Active BCBA certification in Georgia Hands‑on experience with individuals with ASD Strong communication skills, organized, and self‑driven Schedule & Location Flexible schedule designed around availability and client needs.
