You'll work directly with the CEO to drive key initiatives across product, engineering, operations, partnerships, and fundraising as Source moves from breakthrough R&D to global deployment.This is a high-leverage, high-trust role for someone who thrives in complexity, navigates ambiguity with clarity, and knows how to build organizational momentum around a shared mission.You'll be at the center of one of the most ambitious deep-tech companies of this decade — helping shape how the world manages and trusts data beyond the cloud.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to the CEO — driving company priorities, tracking progress across functions, and ensuring the organization executes against its goals.Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, business development, and operations to accelerate Source's scaling efforts.Design and refine internal systems for decision-making, communication, and execution as the company grows.Prepare strategic materials and narratives for investors, partners, and internal stakeholders.Coordinate efforts across product, engineering, and partnership teams to ensure alignment around Source's long-term vision.Operate as a trusted advisor and thought partner — helping anticipate challenges, identify opportunities, and build organizational clarity around them.Requirements for the Role5–10 years of experience in high-growth startups, venture-backed deep tech, strategy consulting, or operational leadership roles.Strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans.A background in (or strong curiosity for) distributed systems, AI/ML, hardware, data infrastructure, or cryptography.Exceptional communication and organizational skills — comfortable interfacing with investors, engineers, and partners alike.A bias toward clarity, momentum, and problem-solving in ambiguous environments.A deep desire to help build a company that's not just shipping products but shaping the future infrastructure of mission-critical systems.Proven experience working cross-functionally across technical and business domains.Track record of driving operational excellence and scaling processes within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join SourceThis is a rare opportunity to help define the operating model for a company building the foundational data layer of the edge-first world.As Chief of Staff, you'll work alongside world-class engineers and researchers redefining how software, devices, and systems manage and verify data.
