Program Manager – Anchorage As a Program Manager, you will work on‑site in Anchorage and collaborate closely with the Director of Construction Programs. Responsibilities Strategic leadership to support growing and sustaining construction and environmental service programs. Support contractual and field efforts, including proposal development. Cultivate and maintain business relationships. Develop overall direction to guide planning at the service, client and contract levels. Ensure business development and program delivery efforts stay aligned to strategic goals. Ensure programs meet expected goals and deliver planned benefits. Identify, analyze and prepare for program risks; ensure compliance with quality, safety and security processes. Support policies and procedures to enhance overall operation and effectiveness, with safety as a primary focus. Identify and manage conflicts and support a high‑performance team environment where diversity is valued. Generate leads and provide technical support for proposal development. Collaborate with various groups within Brice and multiple client organizations. Perform any other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities This position supervises Environmental Scientists and Engineers, among others. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Experienced leader with appropriate industry experience. Strategic thinker with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment and operational focus. Desire and drive to develop and grow an expanding environmental services portfolio. Knowledge of laws, legal codes, government regulations, executive orders, and agency rules governing environmental projects and programs. Ability to identify complex problems, review related information, develop and evaluate options and implement solutions. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to work in an Alaska Native Corporation multi‑business environment. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Engineering discipline. Ten or more years of proven experience in environmental services, particularly in federal and state contracts, leading projects/programs exceeding $50M.
