INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGIST

The Brooklyn Hospital Center is looking for an experienced Interventional Radiologist to join our team in Downtown Brooklyn, NY. The role focuses on providing minimally invasive image‑guided procedures, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and contributing to teaching and quality improvement. Location: Brooklyn, New York | Salary: $500,000 – $530,000 per year | Full‑time Your Core Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care, including diagnosis, treatment, referrals, follow‑up, and counselling in alignment with TBHC standards Review imaging promptly, obtain relevant history, and ensure clear, timely documentation in the EMR Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA protocols, and report any concerns proactively Participate in after‑hours call coverage, departmental meetings, and continuous quality improvement efforts Collaborate with physicians, administrative staff, and support teams in a respectful and team‑based environment Contribute to teaching and mentorship by working with residents, fellows, and students; attend CME programs; and help refine clinical protocols An Ideal Candidate Will Meet The Following Requirements D or D.O. with an active New York State medical license Completion of an IR fellowship/residency program at an ACGME‑accredited institution ABMS Certified or Eligible in Radiology; ACLS and BCLS certifications At least 3 years of post‑residency/fellowship experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven commitment to patient‑centered care, with strong outcomes and high patient satisfaction Team members enjoy a stimulating work setting and a complete salary/benefits package.
