You will review and enhance the components of learning programs including facilitation, logistics, content, curriculum, and evaluation. You will partner with internal and external leaders and various stakeholders to ensure programs you manage are aligned to Merchant Solutions’ business objectives.What you will do:Design, develop and facilitate onboarding and continuing education programs for SMS Partner organizationsPartner with product, process & sales enablement subject matter experts to ensure continuous updates to all content within new partner and continuing education programsDevelop digital content and assets to enhance learningEvaluate program feedback and align results via performance consulting with Sales/Service bank leadership and other stakeholdersDrive strategic outcomes aligned to key segment initiatives for desired competencies and skillsWhat you will need to have:4+ years of experience in Learning & Development2+ years of experience in Financial/Merchant Services or industryBachelor’s Degree in relevant field (Business Management, Marketing, HR, Education) or equivalent work experienceWhat would be great to have:Experience with LMSKnowledgeable SharePoint administratorFormal facilitation certifications by accredited vendorsSoftware sales and/or product management experienceExperience working with the Clover solutionExperience/knowledge in merchant service sales process, tools, systems & productsSalary Range$82,500.00 - $132,000.00These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York.
